CHRISTMAS CHOC BROWNIE

A quick and easy chocolate brownie, perfect to take to a Christmas Day feast, or any other event for that matter. Decorate with some green and red and ho ho ho!
INGREDIENTS
160g butter
1&½ cup castor sugar
Half tsp vanilla
3 eggs
¾ cup unsifted flour
½ cup cocoa sifted
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
METHOD:
Melt butter, add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and beat. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients, and add to the egg mixture. Line tin, bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cool before dusting with icing sugar (using a sieve). Serve with raspberries/strawberries and a sprig of pine or rosemary for some Christmassy cheer.
*Naughty & nice optional extra: fold in some chocolate melts before putting the brownie in the oven.
